X Waiting for things to magically sort themselves out, hoping that one day youāll just wake up & *poof* everything will be better! Newsflash⦠no action = no change.
X Consuming content without taking action. Reading books, talking to your friends and listening to podcasts is great but when it comes to relationships things donāt just miraculously shift without doing the deep inner work, committing to the process & taking action.
X Dismissing, ignoring, fighting or judging the way you feel and trying to just āget over itā. Blaming and shaming yourself is never an effective way to create meaningful change.
The truth of it is⦠if you keep replaying the same patterns over and over in your relationships, and doing what youāve always done youāre likely to find yourself feeling resentful, unheard or unfulfilled, making it increasingly difficult to maintain a healthy relationship.
