Overwhelmed with self-doubt and continually feeling insecure & not ‘good enough’.
Feeling like you instantly have to say yes, even if deep down in your body you really want to be saying no.
Always striving for perfection in order to avoid criticism, disapproval or failure.
Fearing judgement and disappointing others.
Comparing yourself, and sensing that other people are doing life ‘better’ than you.
Avoiding confrontation wherever possible and struggling to make decisions when you’re not sure of what the ‘right’ thing to do is.
Feeling as if you’ve got the weight of the world on your shoulders, carrying the burden of the emotional well-being of others, and feeling responsible for their emotional state.
Constantly worrying about what other people think of you and replaying events in your mind, wishing that you’d acted or expressed yourself differently.
Did they think I was ‘too much’?
Did I say the wrong thing?
What if people think I’m selfish, lazy, or that I’m not doing enough?
& despite your best intentions, it feels like things just aren’t getting better. It makes you feel stuck and powerless.
& it’s not because you don’t want to change, & detach from the doubt.
You want this more than you’ve ever wanted something before. To feel like you could be confident in being you every single day, without fear, guilt or dread… It just feels so out of reach.
So, why is that?
The reason you’re experiencing this, is because you’re out of touch with the wisdom of your body.
Your body and mind are not separate entities. They are interconnected and interdependent. The mind influences the body, and the body influences the mind.
And you can’t work with one without the other.
The body is the number one place that you receive signals about your physical and emotional needs, your desires, and what’s important to you.
When you’re detached from the body, it can lead to all of the things you’re experiencing today…
More doubt & mindset issues that leave you feeling paralysed & stuck
Disconnection from your authentic expression in the body, so you struggle to know who you are at your heart, often feeling like you have to wear a mask just to fit in.

Here’s what I know does NOT work…
X Going therapy for 3 years and only talking through your issues. I’ve been there and done that, & it only brings AWARENESS to the root of the problem. We need more than awareness to truly shift through something.
X Waiting for things to magically sort themselves out, hoping that one day you’ll just wake up & *poof* everything will be better! Newsflash… no action = no change
X Consuming content without taking action. Reading books and listening to podcasts is amazing but when it comes to the big issues in life such as your relationship with your body, your worth and yourself…these things don’t just miraculously shift without putting in the work, committing to the process & taking action.
X Dismissing, ignoring, fighting or judging the way you feel and trying to ‘just relax’, ‘calm down’, ‘get over it’ or ‘get on with it’. Blaming and shaming yourself is never an effective way to create meaningful change.
X Trying to change your body, or focusing on other external markers (such as productivity, your career, your bank account, your accomplishments, or your likeability) as a way to give you a sense of self-worth.
You don’t need more of these things, what you need is to reconnect with and come home to the inner wisdom and power of your body, and explore the physical aspect of your emotions, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and stress in addition to talking about it.
Because the truth of it is… if you don’t make a commitment to change and take action now, you’ll find yourself exactly where you are in 5 years time.

Build up a sense of purpose and worth which has nothing to with your external shell so you can start spending more time living from the inside out and bring the focus back to how YOU experience the world and not how the world experiences you.
And finally become more attuned to the inner wisdom and intelligence of your body so that you can recognise, trust and take action on your inner cues . And when you trust yourself more, feelings of anxiety decrease because you spend less time worrying about every possible ‘what if’ scenario, and what other people think of you.
