About Me

For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by human connections.

  • What brings people together?

  • What pushes them apart?

  • What makes a healthy & thriving relationship?

  • What does good communication actually sound and feel like?

  • Why do some people seem to find relationships relatively easy and effortless, whilst for others it feels like a constant struggle?

  • How can couples seem so deeply connected and in love at the beginning, and have such contempt for each other at the end?

I didn’t have secure, healthy and nourishing romantic adult relationships modeled to me growing up, and I always imagined that I would struggle in love.

But interestingly, I didn’t. I met my partner when I was 19, and we have been together for almost 24 years.

I have always been curious about why I managed to find joy, happiness and vitality within my relationship where others had not.

This put me on a path of research and discovery, and is what led me to start coaching my clients around their relational experiences.

During my Bachelor degree I focused on Sociology and Gender Studies, received a scholarship to study Theatre of the Oppressed in the UK, and following my Masters of Teaching I taught in Australia and the UK. Since then, I’ve held senior corporate roles, and have worked in Australia, Europe and the Middle East.

Through that training and experience I have studied and observed relationships across differing personal circumstances, cultures and business settings.

Today, in addition to being a Certified Relationship Coach, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, a body image specialist, and an Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I am a human who is deeply committed to her own growth, healing and embodiment.

And my learning and growing hasn’t stopped (and never will!). I continue to deepen my knowledge and embodiment, through meditation, somatic based practices, continuing training/professional development, a voracious love of books and learning, and through my own work with coaches and therapists.

My own lived experience with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, disordered eating & body image issues informs and shapes my coaching practice.

I live in Sydney Australia with my husband, daughter and very cheeky French Bulldog.
